Be a Senior Peer Counselor: You can become a Senior Peer Counselor if you are 55 or older and can visit a senior one hour per week. The initial in-depth volunteer training is free and there are weekly supervision meetings that help counselors build skills and confidence. Contact the Senior Peer Counseling office for more information about becoming a volunteer.
